Return Policy
We believe in the items on our platform in any event that your unsatisfied with your purchase we offer 100% hassle-free returns to our valued customers within 20 days of the date of purchase.
To receive your refund please contact us by email at info@twinshnp.com before shipping your product with the following information: Order Number and the reason for return.
To get a full refund the product MUST be unopened. Open products will not qualify for refunds, exchanges or credits.
If merchandise arrives damaged and clearly visible through the package it's in your best interest to refuse it and allow the carrier attempting delivery to return the package. If you accept the package open it and notice it is damaged notify us immediately with evidence of the damaged merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. We will then arrange for a return along with a credit from the carrier company. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, any claim of damage products will be nullified and restricted.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing of shipment of all products ordered are agreed within the times of our assisted shipping companies, except Week-Ends and Holidays. Twins Personal Care uses various courier companies and is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 3-6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 2 business days for delivery. Shipping will be arranged once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Twins Personal Care or its shipping partners’ control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
