Directions for Use:
Fit sticks into an incense ash catcher, light tip of coated end of incense sticks until it flames. Once tip is glowing carefully blow out flames. 

Warning: For Fragrance use only. Store out of reach of children and animals. Burn away from all flammable items and materials. Never leave burning incense unattended. Ensure that all ashes fall onto heat or fireproof suface. Burn incense in open or well ventilated areas only.

How to Use

For overall wellness take 1 shot or 1/4 cup once a day (night or morning)

If used for bedroom power and endurance take 1 shot or 1/4 cup 15 minutes before starting

Drink 1 shot (1 tbsp) in the morning and in the evening before dinner

Warning- Do not use while pregnant or nursing
