Directions 

1. In a large bowl rise and wash your sea moss.
2. After put your sea moss in a container and feel it with spring water.
3. Put your sea moss filled with spring water in the refrigerator for 12-15 hours.
4. After remove your sea moss and put it inside a blender with new spring water and blend (add more water to make the consistency of your gel how you want it).
5. Remove from blender and use 1tbsp in the morning and 1tbsp in the evening.
